Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 14 days of paying for Orbit Pro, ask and we'll refund you in full. No reason needed.
How to ask
Email david@foundryapps.co.uk with the subject "Refund request" and the email address on your account. We'll confirm by email, usually within two working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle and normally arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
After 14 days
Periods already paid for aren't refunded automatically after 14 days, and cancelling stops future payments while you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong on our side, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Payments
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments and refunds.
